Due to some previous paperwork errors on our home purchase, we had been unable to find anyone who could get a refinance done for the past 10 years, but I felt I had nothing to lose in reaching out to at least thank Jeff for his contribution to the veteran. Miraculously, Jeff's perseverance, connections, and knowledge helped us refinance at a significantly lower rate and saved us hundreds of dollars per month. The rate was extremely competitive as were the closing costs.
