Due to some previous paperwork errors on our home purchase, we had been unable to find anyone who could get a refinance done for the past 10 years, but I felt I had nothing to lose in reaching out to at least thank Jeff for his contribution to the veteran. Miraculously, Jeff's perseverance, connections, and knowledge helped us refinance at a significantly lower rate and saved us hundreds of dollars per month. The rate was extremely competitive as were the closing costs. All the while, Jeff's hard work, stellar communication, and prompt replies to questions made the process essentially painless, and we closed on our refinance within 30 days. I cannot recommend BrightSide Lending enough!
